If you are not satisfied for ANY reason we will accept your return for a FULL REFUND on the purchase price less S&H within 30 days of purchase. Simply email our customer service department within 30 days at contact@inkprofessor.com to request a Return Authorization Number (RA number). In your email please include the order number that you are emailing about and the reason for the return. For ink / toner products, refunds will only apply if the products are at least 2/3 full and untampered with.
